Ian has more than 30 years of experience in delivering creative marketing services on both the client and agency side. Working with brands such as Google, BBC, Hilton, Sky, Cello, Global Media, JVC and Knight Frank, he has overseen, directed and implemented a number of award-winning creatives. Since founding The Marketing Cafe in 2003, he has steered the business through an unprecedented digital revolution with TMC now leading the way in the UK with its highly acclaimed video production services. Ian oversees the creative direction for the agency and its diverse client base in hospitality, property, manufacturing, retail and B2B.

Director
Richard’s career spans over 30 years in luxury property marketing, predominantly Mayfair based. He has held senior roles at Savills, John D Wood & Co., UK Sotheby’s International Realty and Dexters, most recently as Group Marketing Director. His award-winning experience covers the full marketing remit from initial creative and production processes through to campaign delivery and analytics. He has published numerous large circulation magazines, created high-ranking websites, run online promotions and international PR campaigns. His film credentials include corporate and testimonial videos, as well as commercials for television and cinema.

Erifili Missiou
Production
Erifili is an award-winning Filmmaker and Events Producer, her track record includes the curation and management of public art events such as ResidencySHOT in Berlin, Undefine Arts in Athens, and Heygate Estate in London. She has worked as a Production Manager in “The Modern Way” and “IAMNOTAVILLAGE” feature films as well as many corporate productions. Erifili is a self-motivated individual with a great passion for cinema and for producing public art events from scratch.
JAMES LYGATE
Videographer / Drone Pilot
James is an experienced filmmaker covering a wide range of brand and commercial content based on location and in the studio. He has a BA in film production with a focus on narrative-driven commercials. James has worked with The Marketing Cafe on numerous projects including presenter-led product demos, drone footage and long-term construction time-lapse projects. James has a commercial drone license, which is available for use on projects throughout the UK.
GILLIAN DURHAM
Designer
With over 20 years in the industry, Gillian brings a wealth of design knowledge and expertise. Having worked on a variety of projects from animation, to exhibitions and magazines (both B2B and consumer), Gillian loves a creative challenge and relishes the problem-solving aspect of a design brief. Reliability, flexibility and an ability to give and follow direction have all been key factors to a long and successful career and she is always eager to gain new skills and experience.
