Following a recent rebrand and website relaunch, New Homes Mortgages decided to develop a robust content marketing strategy with video content at its heart.
What?
This is the main brand video that explains who New Homes are and why they are the perfect choice when looking for a mortgage for a new home. It is part of a series that also includes FAQ videos (25 in total) plus short social media videos. The main target demographic for these videos is younger first-time buyers.
How?
TMC shot this video along with a series of FAQ videos over two days at New Homes Mortgages head office. The video was scripted and read via autocue by New Homes own staff. In addition to the filming, we have integrated animations and graphics to support the message.
